Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading design projects from concept through completion, ensuring innovative and sustainable design solutions. This position involves collaborating with clients and stakeholders to develop architectural designs that meet project requirements and enhance urban living.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design of architectural projects from initial concept through to construction documentation.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into innovative design solutions.
Utilize advanced design software tools such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, and BIM software to create detailed models and graphics.
Conduct feasibility studies and site analysis to inform design decisions.
Prepare and present design proposals and construction documents to clients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations throughout the design process.
Work alongside engineering and development teams to integrate structural and functional requirements into designs.
Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of each phase of the project.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Professional licensure as an Architect preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam.
Experience with BIM software and understanding of urban development principles.
Knowledge of commercial and residential design, including multifamily housing and mixed-use developments.
Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
