Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Workers Comp Defense Attorney to represent our clients in workers' compensation cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in defense litigation and a passion for advocating for employers in complex legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal representation for clients in workers' compensation cases
Prepare and file legal documents, including motions and briefs
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes amicably
Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
Advise clients on legal rights and responsibilities
Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Proven experience in workers' compensation defense
Strong litigation skills and courtroom experience
Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
