Are you an experienced Low Voltage Superintendent looking for a new opportunity?

Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams on low voltage projects, including structured cabling systems, terminating and testing fiber and copper cables, troubleshooting fiber lines, installing wireless door access points, security camera installations, and more.
  • Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring job safety and completion.
  • Collaborate with upper management and Senior Superintendents to ensure project success.
  • Develop and build strong teams for each project, delivering quality output, meeting customer expectations, managing scope, and ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  •  Drive division profitability through effective project execution.
  •  Continuously evaluate and improve systems and processes to meet customer requirements and profitability goals.
  • Review contractual requirements for all projects and specific process design methodologies as needed.
  • Ensure schedule requirements are met, adjusting priorities and milestones based on changing customer needs, resource availability, and job requirements.
  •  Interact with customers to validate expectations are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
  •  Manage project review processes with a focus on financial forecasting.
  • Ensure high-quality engineering, studies, and project delivery.
  • Proactively communicate challenges, risks, and successes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in managing electrical projects.
  •  Proven ability to develop relationships and assist in winning projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to run a profitable portfolio.
  •  Exceptional initiative, execution, and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong analytical, motivational, and leadership skills.
