Position Overview
The Tax Senior will be responsible for managing and overseeing the preparation of tax returns for various entities, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. This role involves providing tax planning advice and support to clients, particularly in the areas of wealth management and tax strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, S-Corps, partnerships, and LLCs.
Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients, focusing on wealth management strategies.
Assist clients with tax compliance and reporting requirements.
Research tax issues and provide recommendations to clients and management.
Manage and mentor junior staff in tax preparation and planning processes.
Stay updated on tax law changes and advise clients accordingly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in tax preparation and planning.
Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, particularly in relation to S-Corps, partnerships, and LLCs.
CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
