Tax Senior

Position Overview
The Tax Senior will be responsible for managing client tax engagements, ensuring compliance with federal and state tax regulations, and providing strategic tax planning services. This role requires a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, as well as the ability to analyze complex financial situations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for individuals and corporations
Research and interpret tax laws and regulations to provide guidance to clients
Assist in the development of tax planning strategies to minimize client tax liabilities
Communicate effectively with clients to explain tax issues and solutions
Stay updated on tax law changes and implement necessary adjustments in client strategies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA certification is required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax
Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
