Position Overview
As a Tax Senior, you will play a crucial role in managing tax compliance and consulting services for our diverse clientele. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing various tax returns while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Your expertise will guide the team in delivering high-quality tax services to our clients, focusing on partnerships, corporations, and individual tax matters.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for C-Corporations (Form 1120), S-Corporations (Form 1120S), partnerships (Form 1065), and individual clients (Form 1040).
Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members and assist in their professional development.
Conduct tax research and analysis to resolve complex tax issues and provide strategic advice to clients.
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines, while maintaining accurate and organized records.
Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial information and explain tax-related issues effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
CPA certification is preferred or in progress.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance.
Strong knowledge of partnership tax, C-Corp, S-Corp, and individual tax matters.
Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
