Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tax Reviewer to join our team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing tax returns and ensuring compliance with IRS regulations while providing exceptional service to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and tax preparation, as well as the ability to conduct thorough tax research.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze tax returns for accuracy and compliance with IRS regulations
Conduct tax research to support tax positions and strategies
Prepare financial statements and related documentation as necessary
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and accounting principles
Collaborate with clients to address questions and provide guidance on tax matters
Ensure timely completion of tax-related tasks and projects
Communicate complex tax concepts in a clear and concise manner to clients and team members
Assist in client relations and building long-term relationships with clients

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA certification preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and review
Strong knowledge of IRS regulations and tax laws
Proficiency in financial statement preparation
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Effective time management and organizational abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
