- Work closely with project managers, architects, and stakeholders, ensuring all perspectives are considered and integrated into our project strategy.
- Direct subcontractor activities to ensure smooth operations and top-notch workmanship. Your ability to source new partners and maintain strong relationships is crucial to our success.
- Guarantee the safety and security of each job site. Lead OSHA inspections, coordinate safety seminars, and uphold rigorous standards to protect our team and the public.
- Employ the latest project management software to keep everyone informed and make data-driven decisions. Your proficiency will ensure real-time adjustments and precise achievement of project milestones.
- Maintain exemplary professional relationships with all project participants and the community, ensuring every interaction is handled with courtesy and professionalism.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in project management tools such as Procore, On-Screen Takeoff, and PM Web Solutions.
