Superintendent
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and labor to ensure project timelines are met.
- Monitor project progress, including quality control, safety compliance, and budget management.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Review and approve construction schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being completed according to plans and specifications.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on project status and issues encountered.
Qualifications- Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Experience with high-end residential, multi-family, healthcare, and commercial projects.
- Familiarity with scheduling software such as Procore and BuilderTrend.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications in construction management or safety are preferred.
