Position Overview
The Senior Tax Manager will oversee the tax compliance and planning functions for our clients, ensuring adherence to tax regulations and optimizing tax strategies. This role involves leading a team of tax professionals and collaborating with other departments to deliver high-quality tax services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage tax compliance and reporting processes for clients.
Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
Supervise and mentor junior tax staff, providing guidance and support.
Review complex tax returns and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations affecting clients.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated efforts in tax planning and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management or public accounting.
Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
CPA certification is required.
