Location: Kansas City, MO (Hybrid)
Salary: $150k-$200k+

What You Will Be Doing

Supervise, train, and mentor Tax Managers / Associates on client engagements and technical issues
Identify and implement tax planning and consulting opportunities
Review and manage tax returns, extensions, tax planning calculations, for all entity types with a focus on Individual
Review financial statements and perform accounting and adjusting entries, bank reconciliations, and client books and records
Prepare and review complex tax planning projections for individual and corporate estimated tax liability for key clients
Managing client engagements from start to finish which includes planning, executing, directing and completing tax projects, managing the budget, meeting deadlines and client expectations.

What You Need for this Position

10+ years of Public Accounting / Tax Experience
Active CPA
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field
Master's in Taxation or Accounting is preferred
Experience with a variety of clients
