What You Will Be Doing

Service Delivery: Ensure quality service delivery, track KPIs and SLAs.
Escalation Management: Respond quickly to escalations and take proactive steps to prevent them.
Performance Assessments: Conduct performance assessments for SAP systems on Hyperscalers platforms.
Support and Optimization: Assist with performance issues, develop optimization strategies, and oversee performance testing.
Collaboration: Work with various teams to optimize system configurations and resource allocation.
Documentation: Document test results and optimization processes.
Monitoring: Monitor system performance, identify issues, and provide recommendations.
Root Cause Analysis: Analyze service failures and performance issues, and implement continuous improvements.
Automation: Streamline procedures with automation enhancements.
Proactive Services: Provide proactive operation services and manage alert reduction programs.

What You Need For The Position

Extensive experience (5+ yrs) troubleshooting issues in a SAP BASIS environment
Experience with both public and private cloud platforms
Netweaver, Business Objects, HANA, ABAP
Strong communication skills
