Senior Audit Associate

Position Overview
The Senior Audit Associate will play a critical role in leading audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards while providing valuable insights to improve client financial practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion, including preparation of financial statements and reports.
Evaluate internal controls and assess risk management processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with audit team members to develop and implement audit plans and strategies.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business operations and provide tailored audit solutions.
Prepare and review work papers and documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to professional standards.
Assist in the training and mentoring of junior audit staff to enhance their professional development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting or audit.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA Eligible
Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
