Job Title: Senior Architect
Job Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid / Partial Remote)

Requirements: 8+ Years Architecture Experience + Licensed Architect in California + Experience with any of the following projects: Commercial, Life Science (Labs / Clean Rooms), Industrial + BIM + AutoCAD

We work with established clients in the Biotech, Aerospace, Technology, etc. markets requiring advanced design solutions for research, testing, manufacturing, etc.

What You Will Be Doing

Develop designs for complex industrial and technology projects from inception
Determine applicable governmental regulations and codes
Collaborate with the project designer on establishing building criteria and material palette
Maintain knowledge of industry trends
Product architecture documents and generate BIM content

What You Need for this Position

8+ years experience of architectural design
Bachelors in Architecture / Masters preferred
Registered Architect in CA
BIM
Experience with any of the following projects: Commercial, Life Science (Labs / Clean Rooms), Industrial
Strong experience with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
Healthcare/HCAI experience is a plus
Knowledge of current Title 24, CBC and local Building and Fire Codes
LEED is a plus but not required
