What You Will Be Doing

You will report to the Scheduling Manager who will ensure that all tasks are done with effectiveness and efficiency. You will be responsible for the following:
-Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
-Collaborate with project team to establish project goals and timelines
-Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed
-Identify potential schedule conflicts and propose solutions
-Communicate project schedules to project team and stakeholders
-Analyze project risks and recommend mitigation strategies
-Ensure all project scheduling is in compliance with contract requirements

What You Need for this Position

-Proven experience as a Construction Scheduler
-Strong knowledge of scheduling software (Primavera P6)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
-Ability to analyze data and make recommendations
-Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
