We're seeking a hands-on, results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations for a growing, high-performing commercial roofing office.

We're one of the largest commercial roofing contractors, ranked in the Top 5 Roofing Contractors in the US. Our projects range in scope from large-scale new construction to complete tear-offs, re-roofing and renovations of existing building exteriors, and on-going roof maintenance, inspection, and repairs of all major commercial roof systems.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations including project management, field supervision, warehouse and fleet oversight.
Supervise superintendents, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure quality installations and safety compliance.
Manage material and equipment needs, scheduling, and job tracking with company software
Serve as the go-to expert for roofing standards, best practices, and team training.

Requirements:

5+ years of commercial roofing leadership experience
Experience using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar tools).
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and operational best practices.
Experience managing budgets, workforce planning, and training programs.
