We are seeking a residential roofing salesperson on behalf of our client.

This person will be responsible for self generating leads, building relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, closing deals, and developing new business opportunities. The target markets are in Northwest Indiana and greater Chicago, IL to target residential roofing contracts.

Responsibilities:

Generate residential roofing contract leads and close deals
Set your own schedule
Weekly Monday morning meetings
Provide high level of customer service to our clients

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Door to door residential sales experience
Sales Presentations and New Business Development skills
Relationship Building and Customer Service skills
Strong Communication skills
Experience in the construction or roofing industry is a plus
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proven track record in sales and meeting targets
Self Generation Leads

Benefits

This is a commission only sales opportunity for our client
Earning potential: $80,000 + per year - largely based on applicant's abilities.
The client will accept candidates on either a 1099 or a W2 basis
Mileage reimbursement
