We are a full service electronics contract manufacturer offering assembly, design and testing services for circuit boards and compete control systems.

Position Overview
The Regional Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory by developing strong relationships with key accounts, implementing strategic sales plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple accounts and lead initiatives to expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers.
Identify new business opportunities and drive sales initiatives to capture market share.
Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed of competitive landscape and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of sales strategies.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the PCBA industry.
Strong understanding of Printed Circuit Board Assembly (nice to have).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Proficient in CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Benefits

Base salary $75,000-$85,000/year, plus commission

OTE $160k-$200k+ (uncapped)
