Real Estate Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support in real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and protecting our clients' interests.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on various real estate transactions including sales, purchases, and leases
Draft and review contracts related to real estate transactions
Conduct title searches and analyze property titles for legal issues
Perform due diligence to assess risks and compliance in real estate deals
Represent clients in mediation and negotiations regarding real estate disputes
Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations
Assist clients with zoning and land use issues
Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders as necessary.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Proven experience in real estate law and transactions
Strong drafting and reviewing skills for contracts
Experience with title searches and due diligence processes
Excellent negotiation and mediation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
