Quality Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections, and improving production methods to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures
Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
Utilize tools such as micrometers to measure and assess product quality
Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues
Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 standards and ensure ongoing certification processes
Identify areas for process improvements and cost reductions related to quality control
Provide training to staff on quality standards and best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role
Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards
Proficiency in using measurement tools, including micrometers
Familiarity with statistical analysis and quality control methodologies
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with GDT and Keyence 3D is a plus
