Superintendent - Storage Construction

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of new storage construction. The ideal candidate will ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications
Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to project stakeholders
Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment for all personnel
Conduct regular site inspections and manage quality control
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for the project
Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent: 7+ years of experience
Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety standards
Experience in managing tilt wall, storage construction projects
Familiarity with stucco, CMU, and tilt wall construction methods
Ability to lead and motivate a team of construction professionals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
