Project Manager - Restaurant Construction

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee restaurant construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and restaurant construction, with a focus on big box retail environments. This role involves managing all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage restaurant construction projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
Negotiate contracts and terms with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure best pricing and service quality.
Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the restaurant or retail construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and regulations.
Proven experience in bid preparation and contract negotiation.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams and interact with clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
