Project Manager - Mechanical & Plumbing

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage M&P Heavy Industrial & Large Commercial projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage M&P projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to define project specifications and requirements.
Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Manage project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, effectively communicating these to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in M&P projects.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
Experience in industrial and commercial projects.
