Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a variety of commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution and closure.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular project meetings to track progress and address issues.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
• Manage change orders and project documentation.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience across commercial, K-12, higher education, multifamily, industrial, healthcare, and/or religious projects.
• Familiarity with ground-up construction and tenant improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
