Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee various commercial and industrial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ground-up projects, tenant improvements, and leading multiple multi-million dollar projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction projects from conception through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and schedules.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience managing commercial and industrial construction projects, including ground-up and tenant improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare, educational, retail, hotel, offices, industrial plants, and/or warehouse construction.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools including Microsoft Office, Procore, and Primavera
  • Experience with BIM preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
