Project Manager
We were founded over 100 years ago and have been helping build the great state of Ohio one construction project at a time. We have a vast portfolio of commercial, civil, and industrial projects and are trusted by customers in both private and public sectors. We're growing rapidly and looking to add an experienced Heavy Civil PM to our team!

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in heavy civil construction, with a focus on large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.
