Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of drywall installation and management of subcontractors, along with the ability to coordinate various aspects of renovations and new construction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project success.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed of project status and address any concerns.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of drywall installation and related processes.
Experience managing subcontractors and construction teams.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
