Compensation: Base $160K-$200K + Uncapped Commission (OTE: $300K++)

Position Overview
The Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist will be responsible for driving the sales of Arista and Aruba solutions by providing in-depth technical expertise and support to sales teams and clients. This is a quota-carrying sales position with a technical component. This role focuses on understanding customer needs and demonstrating how our solutions can meet those needs, ultimately contributing to business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the capabilities of Arista and Aruba products.
Engage with clients to gather technical requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their networking needs.
Support the sales team in developing proposals and responding to RFPs with technical documentation and product specifications.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

Qualifications

5+ years pre-sales or technical sales role with Arista or Aruba products.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
Strong knowledge of networking concepts, enterprise network architecture, and related technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
Experience in business development and building client relationships in the technology sector.
