Description:

An established and growing law firm is seeking a Partner with substantial experience in Employment Law or Commercial Litigation in Denver, CO. Ideal candidates will have a portable book of business over $500k.

Offer:

Salary range: $150,000-$250,000+

Flexible hybrid work environment (2-3 days onsite)

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate (JD) and active Colorado Bar membership (or eligibility for reciprocity)

8+ years of experience in Employment Law or Commercial Litigation

Demonstrated ability to generate or manage client relationships

Portable book of business ($500k+)

Responsibilities:

Leading client engagements in employment law and commercial litigation matters

Advising clients on compliance, risk management, and litigation strategy

Overseeing case strategy, pleadings, and negotiation or court proceedings

Mentoring associates and contributing to firm leadership

Meeting billable hour goals while supporting firm growth and culture
