The Operations/General Manager for Division 8(Doors and Hardware) will be responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and growth of operations in Division 8, which includes Doors and Hardware. This position will have direct oversight of Project Managers, Estimators, Detailers, sales, order management, customer service, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will bring a combination of operational, sales, and customer service experience along with a strong background in Comsense.

Position Overview: Lead the operations, sales, and customer service of Division 8 sector in Naples to optimize efficiency and increase profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the operations, sales, and customer service are meeting the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Direct the operation of the Division 8 team including Project Manager, Estimators, Detailers, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Have some knowledge in Finance/Accounting
- Ensure that the Division 8 team is meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals.
- Manage budgets, coordinate projects, and plan for future expansion.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities and effectively manage risk.
- Analyze and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
- Divsion 8 experience - Doors and Hardware
- 4+ years of experience in operations, sales, and customer service.
- Proficient with Comsense and Doors and Hardware.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
