National Account Manager - Convenience

Position Overview
The National Account Manager - Convenience will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the convenience store sector. This role focuses on driving business growth through strategic partnerships and effective account management, ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement account management strategies for national convenience store clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Analyze market trends and client performance to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring high levels of customer service.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasting, and market analysis.
  • Lead and train sales teams on account management best practices and strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management within the food industry.
  • Strong understanding of the convenience store sector and market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and managing national accounts.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and perform competitive analysis.
  • Prior experience in business development and strategic partnerships is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales training methodologies.
