Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate various projects in the mechanical and HVAC sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of projects in the mechanical and HVAC fields.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to define project scope and objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Utilize Timberline and Bluebeam software for project estimating and management tasks.
Manage project budgets and financials, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and reported accurately.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in mechanical, HVAC, or related commercial, industrial, or institutional projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in project management software, including Timberline and Bluebeam.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
