About the Firm: We are a prestigious international law firm seeking an Associate Attorney with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to join our Palo Alto office. As part of our firm's growth strategy, we are planning to expand our Bay Area presence in 2025-2026 with the opening of a San Francisco office. Job Description: As an M&A Associate, you will:

Work closely with senior attorneys on high-stakes transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and equity deals.
Draft, review, and negotiate M&A-related documents, such as purchase and equity agreements.
Conduct in-depth legal research and provide strategic counsel on matters involving corporate governance, capital structure, and more.
Take part in the due diligence process and maintain client communication throughout.
Build and nurture relationships with clients, assisting them through the deal process.

Qualifications:

JD from a top law school.
Admitted to practice in California.
3+ years of experience in M&A or related corporate transactions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
