Litigation Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in various areas of litigation, including commercial, construction, and real estate. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, representing clients in court, and providing expert legal advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee a caseload of litigation matters.
  • Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
  • Provide clients with clear legal advice and updates on case progress.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure comprehensive case management.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting litigation.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial, construction, and real estate law.
  • Strong understanding of breach of contract and tenant rights issues.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
