Land Acquisition Manager

Position Overview
The Land Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and acquiring land for residential development projects. This role requires a keen understanding of the land acquisition process, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to secure optimal land opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities for residential development.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess land value and potential.
Negotiate land purchase agreements with landowners and developers to secure favorable terms.
Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with land acquisition regulations and policies.
Manage relationships with local government agencies, community stakeholders, and development partners.
Prepare and present acquisition proposals to senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities in land acquisition.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in land acquisition or real estate development.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of residential development processes and local zoning regulations.
Ability to analyze market data and land valuation.
Familiarity with community development and asset management principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate modeling software.
