We are seeking a mid-level IP Patent Prosecution associate to join our growing Intellectual Property Practice Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work with diverse patents and industries in a supportive and inclusive environment.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years of Patent Prosecution experience, including patent search and analysis, drafting and filing applications, and portfolio management.
Litigation: Experience in litigation is a plus but not required.
Industry Focus: Experience with mechanical, biomedical, and medical devices is a plus.
Location: This position can be remote or hybrid, with the flexibility to work from any office location.
