Head of Sales & Operations

Position Overview
The Head of Sales & Operations will lead our sales and operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic leader who can effectively manage sales teams, develop strategic partnerships, and optimize operational processes within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to enhance business growth.
  • Oversee the operational processes to ensure efficiency and align with sales objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in construction sales and business development.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
  • Experience in lead generation and cold calling is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a director or head of sales role is preferred.
