Position Overview
The Head of Sales & Operations will lead our sales and operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic leader who can effectively manage sales teams, develop strategic partnerships, and optimize operational processes within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share.
Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to enhance business growth.
Oversee the operational processes to ensure efficiency and align with sales objectives.
Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction sales and business development.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
Experience in lead generation and cold calling is a plus.
Prior experience in a director or head of sales role is preferred.
