Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial drywall projects and collaborating with project managers to ensure that all project specifications are met. This role requires a strong understanding of construction costs and the ability to analyze project blueprints and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Review project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial drywall projects.
Collaborate with project managers to gather necessary information and clarify project requirements.
Utilize Oncenter software to create detailed estimates and proposals.
Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather additional information for accurate costing.
Analyze historical data and adjust estimates based on project complexity and scope.
Ensure all estimates comply with company standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Estimator in the commercial drywall field.
Proficiency in Oncenter software is required.
Strong understanding of construction costs and pricing.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
