Who you are:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Missouri
Experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration
Strong knowledge of federal and state estate tax laws
Must have Gift Tax and Estate Tax experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in legal research and drafting software

What you will be doing:

Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
Advising clients on estate planning strategies to achieve their goals and minimize tax liabilities
Handling probate and trust administration matters, including filing necessary court documents and representing clients in probate court
Conducting legal research and staying updated on changes in estate planning laws and regulations
Collaborating with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans
Providing guidance on charitable giving, asset protection, and business succession planning
Assisting clients with guardianship and conservatorship matters
Participating in firm marketing and business development activities to attract new clients

Billable Hours:

1700 Billable Hours Annually
