Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineering Manager to lead our team in designing and developing innovative embedded systems. This position involves overseeing engineering projects, managing team dynamics, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of embedded software engineers in the development of embedded systems.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and deliverables.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance system performance and efficiency.
Facilitate team development through mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
Engage in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex embedded system issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years proven engineering experience in embedded & software systems development
2+ years experience in an Engineering Management, or Supervisor / Leadership role
Strong knowledge of RTOS, microcontrollers, and hardware-software integration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
Experience with debugging, system optimization, and compliance standards.
