Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Copyright Infringement Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in copyright infringement cases, providing legal advice, and developing strategies to protect intellectual property rights. The position aims to ensure compliance with copyright laws and effectively resolve disputes.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in copyright infringement litigation and negotiate settlements.
Provide legal advice and guidance on copyright laws and compliance.
Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
Research legal issues related to copyright infringement and intellectual property.
Develop and implement strategies for protecting clients' intellectual property rights.
Attend court hearings and mediations on behalf of clients.
Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure comprehensive representation.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in copyright law and litigation.
Strong knowledge of copyright laws and federal litigation processes.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
