Job Title: Commercial Roofing Foreman
Location: Plain City, OH.
Salary: $24 - $34 (Based on Experience)
Requirements: At least a high school diploma. Commercial Construction Experience. Leadership experience.

What you will be doing:

Allocate individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors, ensuring efficient workflow.
Ensure that sufficient resources and staffing are provided to meet project deadlines, comply with regulations, and adhere to best practices and safety standards.
Develop and manage project budgets and uphold quality standards across all sites.
Effectively manage time and resources to complete projects within the targeted timelines.

Qualifications:

High school diploma.
Commercial Construction Experience preferred.
Leadership experience and technical skills.
