Client Accounting Services Associate

Position Overview
The Client Accounting Services Associate plays a vital role in providing exceptional accounting support to our clients. This position involves managing various accounting functions, ensuring that clients receive accurate and timely financial information, and assisting with the overall financial health of their businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client accounting tasks including but not limited to bookkeeping, payroll processing, and invoicing.
Maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Prepare and process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions efficiently.
Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for client review.
Support the CPA team in audits and tax preparation as required.
Continuously improve accounting processes and contribute to client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in client accounting, outsourced accounting, or public accounting.
CPA certification is a plus.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of payroll, invoicing, and accounts receivable/payable processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
