Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Litigation Attorney to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in business or commercial litigation and be ready to take ownership of cases, contribute to litigation strategy, and represent clients in a variety of complex matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and litigate a wide range of business and commercial disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, business torts, and employment matters

  • Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal memoranda

  • Conduct depositions, mediations, and hearings

  • Develop and implement case strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and administrative hearings

  • Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

  • Stay informed on legal developments relevant to business litigation

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

  • Active membership in the Florida Bar

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business litigation

  • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently

  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and client communication skills
