Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Hybrid - Houston, TX

Compensation: Base $110K-$120K + up to 30% bonus

Who We Are

We are a global manufacturer of advanced gasketed and welded plate heat exchangers for the EPC and petrochemical space. 

Position Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales strategies in the EPC and petrochemical sectors. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the heat transfer and petrochemical industries.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business development initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in business development and sales, preferably in the EPC and petrochemical sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of heat transfer technologies and applications.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
