Audit Senior - Private Company Audits

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our team and lead private company audits. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and providing valuable insights to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute private company audits, including financial statement audits
Manage and mentor junior staff members
Collaborate with clients to identify areas for improvement in their financial reporting processes
Provide recommendations for enhancing internal controls and risk management procedures
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
Manage client relationships and communicate audit findings to stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA certification
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting
Strong knowledge of private company audits and financial statement audits
Experience working with venture capital, private equity, and hedge funds
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
