Position: Associate Attorney
Location: Sacramento, CA (Onsite)

A highly respected Sacramento law firm specializing in plaintiff personal injury litigation is seeking an Associate Attorneys to join their dynamic team. With over 35 years of experience and a strong reputation for tenacity, resourcefulness, and justice, we are dedicated to delivering excellent representation for injury victims.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, including discovery, law and motion, court hearings, depositions, and trial preparation.

  • Manage caseloads and assist with complex cases across all phases.

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys in a mentoring environment to support growth and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate degree and current membership in good standing with the California State Bar.

  • Strong analytical and legal writing skills.

  • Excellent communication, both oral and written.

  • Prior litigation experience is preferred.

  • Onsite work is required; remote applicants will not be considered.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $95,000 - $175,000 per year (based on experience)
