Associate Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support our litigation efforts in various practice areas, including civil litigation and personal injury. This position offers the opportunity to work with experienced attorneys while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation
Represent clients in court and at hearings under supervision
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel
Participate in depositions and discovery processes
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases
Stay current on legal developments and trends in relevant practice areas

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in California State Bar
3-5 years of experience in civil litigation or personal injury law
Strong research, writing, and communication skills
Knowledge of insurance defense litigation and construction defect cases is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
