An established firm with over 80 years in practice is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join their team in Gainesville, GA. This Attorney will have experience with general civil litigation, including personal injury, commercial disputes, and municipal matters, ensuring high-quality representation for a wide range of clients across North Georgia.
Offer:
Salary range: $80,000-$125,000+ contingent on experience

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in civil litigation
Experience in family law or real estate a plus
Juris Doctorate (JD) and active Georgia Bar membership in good standing
Strong legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills
Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently
Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of civil litigation matters from pre-litigation through trial
Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
Conducting legal research and case analysis
Representing clients in hearings, mediations, and trial
Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop effective legal strategies
Maintaining strong client relationships with professionalism and responsiveness
