Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled A&P Technician to join our team, specializing in the maintenance and repair of corporate aircraft. The ideal candidate will have experience working on Challenger and Lear Jet models, ensuring that all aircraft meet safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on Challenger and Lear Jet aircraft
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in aircraft systems
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and safety standards
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Qualifications

Valid A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) license
Proven experience working on Challenger and Lear Jet aircraft
Knowledge of corporate jet maintenance practices is a plus
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
